I retired from the U. S. Navy as a Chief Hospital Corpsman
Preventive Medicine Technician with extensive training in
Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Epidemiology and

I have conducted inspections and training around the world. I have
a diverse work experience in government regulatory agencies,
private industry and as a private contractor.  

Over the past 29 years, I:

  • Provided training on numerous topics in addition to food
    safety and sanitation to include Total Quality topics, Hospital
    Corpsman advancement classes and safety topics like
    hearing conservation and heat stress and financial
    planning to junior sailors.  

  • Developed and implemented numerous training and
    certification courses.  

  • Facilitated executive board meetings and various other
    team meetings.  

I have an exceptionally well rounded and broad-based background
in the training and food safety environments.

I authored two books which were recently combined into one
publication by Pearson Publishing:
     *  Food Safety 101 – KISS
     *  HAACP Implementation
